Purpose

Replace the outdated Residence Park Place (RPP) website with a visually appealing and easy-to-navigate site for residents and the public. 👍

Vision

Provide a website that connects residents, builds community, and promotes RPP as an attractive place to live and invest. 👍

Project Objectives

• Develop a site with responsive and attractive design, crisp copy, and photos that highlight amenities, services, and community life. 👍
• Feature a good mix of content for residents and the public (e.g., realtors, prospective buyers, and renters) not quite sure what this means … as in the brochure, but with additional content Scott ¿? Hmm, What would NOT be included ¿?
• Strengthen communication by highlighting the work of the Board of Directors and the RPP committees. Scott ¿? So … an available resource of Pulse back issues ¿?
• Provide timely updates, easy access to documents or links, and centralized community resources. Appears to duplicate aspects of Building Link.  Scott ¿? Is this a more “user-friendly Building Link” ¿?
• Incorporate into the site current communication vehicles: Scott: Pulse, FYI NOW, and surveys. 👍
• Ensure the site is secure (resident login for certain content), easy to maintain, and frequently updated. 👍

Success Metrics

• Usability: Residents and visitors can easily locate key information. 👍
• Engagement: Increased website usage for news, documents, and community updates. Scott: “Updates” sounds like a more hands-on, day-to-day, or week-to-week review process. 
• Resident Satisfaction: Positive feedback regarding appearance, clarity, and usefulness. 👍
• Content Currency: This information is regularly reviewed and updated. Scott ¿? Frequency of update and review ¿?
• Sustainability: The website can operate independently, without the need for much technical assistance. 👍

Project Scope

The project will include planning, design, development, and launch of a new website, including:

• Securing domain name and removal of the existing website. 👍
• Development of structure and navigation. 👍
• Visual design aligned with RPP’s identity. 👍👍👍
• Content development and review, migration, and updates. 👍
• Establishment of governance and maintenance processes. 👍
• Determination of cost. 👍
• Determination of timeline (phased process or full launch). 👍
